This page explains what information this website collects, why, and who handles it.
What we collect
When you send a pickup request we collect your name and mobile number, and your email address and notes if you add them, together with the items, quantities and pickup time on your order.
We don't collect payment details on this website.
Why we collect it
We use your details only to prepare your order and to contact you about it, for example to confirm it or tell you it's ready.
How your order reaches us
Sending an order opens the messages app on your own phone with the order filled in, so you text it to the shop yourself.
A copy is also sent to the shop by email through BluePeek, the company that builds and runs this website, and is kept in the shop's order records.
Your order on this device
Items you add are saved in your browser's local storage so your order is still there if you leave and come back. It stays on your device and is cleared when you send the order or clear it.
Other services on this website
We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page visits. It does not use cookies.
The map on our homepage is provided by Google Maps, which may set its own cookies under Google's privacy policy.
