Pickup order terms

Sending an order from this website asks the shop to prepare your order. It is not a purchase and no payment is taken online.

Your order is confirmed only when the shop texts or calls you back. If an item is unavailable, we'll tell you when we confirm.

Prices on the website are in Australian dollars. Items sold by the pack or each are charged at the listed price.

Per-kilo prices are a guide. Meat is cut and weighed when your order is prepared, so the amount you pay is worked out from the actual prepared weight and may differ from the estimate shown on your order.

Prices can change. The price that applies is the one confirmed with you by the shop.

Orders are usually ready in about 30 minutes after confirmation, during opening hours (Open 7 days, 8am to 6pm).

You pay in store when you collect. If you can't make your pickup time, please call us on 0403 147 668.

Prepared, marinated and house-made products may contain allergens. Please ask our staff in store or call before purchase if you have a food allergy or intolerance, and we will check the ingredients with you.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
